Strategies in working with children diverse needs - Primary Years

Course Duration:  On Request

The Learning Support Educator's role is to prepare educational material in collaboration with the principal teacher. Furthermore, the LSE should actively participate in the class’ instructional and educational process.

The Maltese education system is divided into three Modules: Early Years (Kinder to Year 2), Primary Years (Year 3 to 6) and Secondary Years (Year 7 to 11). The LSE needs to be aware of the strategies used in all three modules since the abilities and developmental levels of the children in their care vary.

All in all, this module enables participants to develop the right skill set to create personalised strategies and curate resources according to the child’s capabilities and needs.
