Teaching requires adaptation and reflection, as well as the readiness to implement change when needed. This module gives learners a chance to put theory into practice and to evaluate their teaching abilities.

During this module, our students will:

Reflect and evaluate their work and approach.

Learn how to implement S.M.A.R.T goals.

Work in a professional setting under the supervision of superiors.

Create resources and lesson plans that integrate evidence and research while taking into account the student’s needs.

Assist pupils with diverse needs for a minimum of 180 hours. This placement allows them to develop their skill set and put theory into practice.
