Many organisations are task-focused and goal-oriented. However, it’s safe to say that without talented employees, these desired goals cannot be achieved. Employees should always seek to enhance their knowledge and skills for their development and growth. This development will, in turn, positively influence the company.
This module enables participants to formulate a personal development plan. Furthermore, it also focuses on the managers’ role when it comes to employee growth and development.
