An organisation’s functionality depends on its people and their relationships. Via the exploration of various psychological theories, this module explains how personal power influences an organisation’s dynamics. These theories help managers to truly understand their team and the underlying relationships within the organisation.
During this module, our students will:
Identify the main psychological theories that come into play within an organisation.
Trace the historical development of psychological concepts relating to organisations.
Integrate psychological theory, research, and organisational knowledge to explain how the field of psychology is influencing business.
Understand the use of psychometric tools in organisations.
Implement these concepts in their organisation.
