Course Duration: 10 hours - 3 hours
Companies can be perceived as small societies. In time, an organisation forms its own identity, influenced by the employees, structure, and company culture. This module explores the relevant sociological theories relating to organisations. These approaches, in turn, explain underlying dynamics and processes. Furthermore, our students will learn how organisations and societies influence each other's growth and evolution.
