Companies use strategies to achieve goals and objectives. Plans are set and implemented by managers and their teams. Our students will learn how to develop strategies by analysing the environment the organisation operates in, taking into consideration the company’s mission and vision.
During this module, our students will:
Identify the forces and factors that influence business strategies.
Assess the company's resources and constraints in the strategy development process.
Understand the importance of social, economic, political and technological forces when creating strategies.
Investigate the impact of globalisation on the strategy-making process.
