Coaching and mentoring are two skills that should be present in every manager's toolkit. They enable individuals and corporations to reach their full potential. Furthermore, they facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations and skills, allowing individuals or companies to make real, lasting decisions. They also empower the client to achieve goals by setting an agenda and assessing progress.
