Award in Performance Management - (4 ECTS) – Level 6
Course Duration: 20 hours - 3 hours
To be successful, organisations need to make sound, evidence-based decisions. Employees' collective and individual performances need to be taken into account when making such decisions. Our students will learn what performance appraisal is, how productivity is measured, and how to motivate underperforming employees.
