During this course, our students will:

  1. Learn about businesses' underlying processes and critically debate how these mechanisms can be improved to increase efficiency and competitivity.

  2. Analyse the elements and components that are vital for a company's success.

  3. Differentiate between the manager, leader and administrator's tasks within an organisation, and discuss how these can be delegated more effectively to meet the organisation's needs.

  4. Explore societal considerations such as the environment, IT, markets and economics, and how these interact.

  5. Distinguish the main differences between SMEs and larger companies, and discuss how these can peacefully co-exist in a specific market.

Managing for Efficiency and Effectiveness
