Admission will usually take less than one (1) week to process.

A wide range of professional development programs, proficiencies, certificates, awards, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmess across diverse disciplines like business and leadership, health sciences (nursing, nutrition, and phlebotomy), education, and real
estate. Each program is designed to meet the highest academic standards and align with industry requirements. Program details, including curricula, credit requirements, and learning outcomes, are available on our website.

Once the student has paid the deposit and received the Letter of Acceptance, there will be a call for an induction class where MLI explains basic rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that the student needs to abide by. A confirmed schedule for any course is shared at least one (1) week before the start of the course. This is subject to minor changes along the course. However, students are also informed about any changes happening. The final date will remain the same.

There is no set application deadline; however, enrolment is subject to availability. Once the course reaches full capacity, further applications cannot be accepted, and applicants will be deferred to the next available intake or scheduled offering.

The student is asked to provide MLI with academic records, recommendation letters, personal statements, and, where applicable, interviews. The Admissions Officer will rigorously evaluate the eligibility of applicants based on the criteria outlined in the course information sheet. Under specific circumstances, students may be guided to undergo equivalent courses offered by MLI itself to be eligible for other courses intended to be taken in order to pursue their studies.

This is course-specific. Generally, part-time course lectures are delivered once a week. Full-time courses are delivered during office hours on the days of the week. In most cases, accredited course lectures are not delivered on weekends.

Courses are delivered in various formats including in-person, online, and blended learning formats to accommodate diverse student needs. For the online lectures, MLI also caters for synchronous- activities that take place in real time, with participants interacting at the same time, and asynchronous-activities that do not take place in real time and can be completed at different times between lectures. All of the formats allow the students access to interactive sessions, learning materials, and assessment submission. In-person programs take place at our accredited facilities.

MLI offers a variety of courses that have different schedules and different timeframes. The student will be informed about the length of the course at the beginning of the process, before the application takes place. MLI offers self though short courses that depend on the availability of the students, short courses starting from 10 weeks, and others that can group to three (3) years.

Yes. Admissions are highly competitive, as enrolment is limited to ensure an optimal learning environment. MLI accepts applications and keeps students abreast of the next intake. This depends on the quorum. We encourage applicants who are not admitted for the next intake to consider staying on the waiting list for future intakes or exploring other MLI programs that may be of interest. In specific circumstances, MLI makes exceptions. In the event of a waiting list, the learner will be informed accordingly, with the possibility of dates
when the course will commence.

The Letter of Acceptance will only be issued once the course deposit has been paid. We should receive the deposit at least fifteen (15) days before the start date.

All applications should present (in digital format) all necessary certificates to assess eligibility. These need to be sent at least a day before the course start date. For more information regarding eligibility criteria, students should refer to the information sent by our team or email to maltaleadershipinstitute.com .

You need to send a formal request by clicking on the following link: https://form.jotformeu.com/jesfrig/rpl. You need to make this request when applying for the course. An official response will be issued during the first week of the course. Exemption from course modules due to other certifications that the applicant has already obtained is possible; however, this takes place on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to switch courses (e.g., from the Certificate course to the Diploma course within the same faculty), you must inform MLI at least two weeks before starting the course. If this change requires an additional deposit fee, then the change will only be accepted on the condition that we receive the payment immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept such changes if you’ve already started the original course.

If, for any reason, you decide to drop out, you must inform MLI at least ten (10) days before. If we are informed ten (10) days (or more) before, you are still entitled to a partial refund (according to the amount of deposit requested and the MQF level of the course).

Tuition fees vary by program and level of study. This strictly depends on the course chosen by the student. However, the student is informed about the price at the application stage. MLI also offers specific discounts at various stages of the year, which may be applicable to all students. This does not mean that every student is entitled to every discount. We offer an affordable overall price to applicants who commit to completing all courses leading to MQF Level 7 with Malta Leadership Institute. Financial assistance may also be available in the form of scholarships or grants.

Yes. There is a one-time fee of fifty (50) EUR. The full payment must be settled either before the last lecture (if there is no thesis) or before the submission of the thesis. An instalment agreement between MLI and the student takes place.
