The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Education brought together a vibrant group of international students to explore how creativity can flourish in multicultural and inclusive early‑years environments. Hosted at the Malta Leadership Institute (MLI), this programme focused on practical strategies that support young learners through creative, culturally responsive approaches.

This edition welcomed students from four partner institutions:

• Kauno Kolegija (Lithuania)

• Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands)

• Haute École Robert Schuman (Belgium)

• University of Łomża (Poland)

Throughout the week, participants engaged in workshops on inclusive creativity, multicultural learning, and child‑centred pedagogies, applying these concepts to real early‑years scenarios.

As part of the experiential learning component, students visited key cultural and educational sites across Malta, including:

• Valletta – exploring Malta’s heritage and cultural identity

• Rabat – discovering historical spaces and community learning environments

• San Anton School – observing inclusive classroom practices

• Rabat Primary School – engaging with early‑years educators and learning settings

These visits allowed participants to connect theory with practice, gaining insight into how Maltese schools foster creativity, inclusion, and multicultural understanding in the early years.
