Course Overview

Intro

Organisations are made of people and dynamics are created through relationships that can make or break a company. 

This Level 7 module (15 ECTS) enables students to explore psychological theories and understand the ways in which personal power affects an organisation’s underlying dynamics. 

This module covers various psychological theories that help managers understand individual staff members and the relationship dynamics at play. 

Overall competences

During this module, our students will:

• Integrate knowledge from various sources to learn the major theoretical concepts in psychology related to organisations.
• Integrate knowledge from psychology theory, research, and organisational knowledge to critically evaluate new developments in the field of organisational psychology.
• Learn independently and instruct trainees on the use of psychometric tools in organisations.
• Demonstrate self-directed learning on theoretical psychological concepts and the way they’re applied in real life.
