Course Overview
Intro
Our Undergraduate Certificate in Business Leadership (30 ECTS) is intended to arm participants with the skills to work professionally as supervisors, managers and leaders within different organisations.
The coursework enables students to understand the overall processes taking place in an organisation. They will also learn how to deal with challenging business situations while taking into consideration both the business and human perspectives.
Overall Competences
During this module, our students will:
- Gain insight into the underlying structure of business organisations.
- Critically assess how business organisations can be re-structured to maximise competitiveness.
- Learn how different components contribute to a company’s success.
- Develop managerial, leadership and administrative skills and analyse how these can contribute to the company’s growth.
- Explore how other industries affect the growth of a business.
- Differentiate between the needs and challenges of SMEs and larger enterprises.
- Understand organisational development and change.
