Course Overview

Intro

The Undergraduate Diploma in Business Leadership (60 ECTS) gives learners the necessary skills to work as supervisors, managers and leaders within organisations.

This qualification will provide the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to operate in the business environment. Our students will learn all about the different organisational processes that exist, and how to deal with the challenges that businesses face during their lifetime.

Overall Competences

During this module, our students will:

• Analyse the particular roles of the manager, leader and administrator in an in-depth manner.
• Gain a better understanding of the underlying business processes and critically assess how business can be re-structured to achieve maximum efficiency and competitivity. 
• Learn which components make a particular company more successful than the other.
• Differentiate between SMEs’ and large companies’ needs and problems. 
• Understand the concepts of organisational change and innovation.
