Many organisations have adopted structured approaches to manage quality assurance.

This MQF Level 7 module (15 ECTS) equips students with the theoretical and practical quality assurance skills and best practices that they can then use at their workplace.

This award course also covers ISO9001 – the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).
