Managing Equality and Diversity

Discrimination is a contentious issue when it comes to workplace politics. Managers need to learn how to respect their employees' diversity. This module aims to develop the participants’ values of equality and diversity and to show them how to implement these principles in the workplace.
During this module, our students will:
Learn all about the equality legal and guidance framework, as outlined in Maltese and EU laws.
Recognise different ways how to implement the principles of equality and diversity within an organisational context.
Analyse different theoretical models that explore disability and diversity.
Learn how to carry out equality impact assessments.
