Innovation and change within an organisation require managers to discuss potential projects with the organisation’s higher echelons. This module teaches participants how to make a case for the implementation of innovative projects and policies in the workplace.
During this module, our students will:
Develop their presentation, report writing and project management skills.
Learn how to differentiate between capital and revenue expenditure.
Study industry case studies to understand how costs are classified and allocated.
Learn how to present a cost-benefit analysis when making a case for new projects.
