Participating in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Poland was truly a wonderful and enriching experience for me. What I particularly appreciated was how the programme started early with virtual workshops and assigned tasks that gradually prepared us for developing our final proposal. This structure was very effective because by the time we arrived for the physical mobility, we already had a strong foundation and understanding of the proposal requirements. As a result, the in-person sessions were more focused on final clarifications with our mentors, improving our ideas, and fine-tuning our work. I found this approach very practical and engaging. The visit to OSM Piątnica gave us an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and work culture, which greatly helped us in shaping and improving our proposal. Another memorable part of the experience was working together with my team and, even more excitingly, winning the competition. It made the entire journey even more rewarding and unforgettable. I had the privilege of attending the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Poland, organized by the University of Łomża. The programme focused on Strategic Management and Innovation in the Dairy Industry, with discussions and projects based on the real-world challenges faced by OSM Piątnica and the wider dairy sector. The experience started with online workshops and preparatory activities before the physical programme in Poland, which allowed participants to build knowledge, exchange ideas, and prepare proposals ahead of time. During the mobility, we collaborated in diverse international groups to design innovative strategies aimed at supporting business growth and market expansion in the dairy industry. One of the standout moments was touring the OSM Piątnica factory and learning more about its operational processes and commitment to quality and innovation. Presenting our proposals to a panel of experts also helped improve my confidence, teamwork, and presentation skills. Beyond academics, the programme gave me the chance to meet amazing people, build international friendships, and gain new perspectives on innovation and business strategy. I am deeply thankful to my institution and the University of Łomża for making this opportunity possible, and I look forward to participating in similar international programmes in the future.
